The Florida Foreign Trade Association is a non-profit Trade Organization incorporated in July 1985 that represents the most diverse group of individuals and companies in the foreign trade market. F.F.T.A. provides a forum where information and concepts are freely exchanged, as well as the opportunity to directly participate in foreign trade missions, monthly luncheons, where community leaders and professionals address the members and their guests on topics related to their fields.

The organization also holds workshops and seminars designated to train beginners or executives in Export/Import and other related topics.

Florida Foreign Trade Association established a Program called TRADE-USA that promotes American products and/or services as well as increases the international trade between USA and other countries through inbound trade missions.

The TRADE-USA Program engages in a series of matchmaking appointments with local businesses that will sell their products and services to the participants. Also, this Incoming Trade Mission has the participation of Exporters, who would like to open and expand new markets in the State of Florida and the U.S.A under the FFTA International Trade Mission Program. 

The Florida Foreign Trade Association is an effective networking organization that provides everyone an opportunity to expand their business by visiting new markets, safely and economically.

Our Vision

FFTA connects Florida with the rest of the world by promoting international trade through export seminars, business opportunities, networking events and trade missions (inbound and outbound) for local businesses to interact with peers and foreign counterparts.

Our goal is to increase U.S. exports, bilateral trade, sustain/expand current key export destinations, and develop new markets, business and investment opportunities.

FFTA also facilitates access to U.S. laws, infrastructure, private and public resources, and market base in the shortest time and at the lowest possible cost.

Core Purpose

FFTA is a non-profit trade association 501 ( c ) ( 6 ) organized for the following purposes:

1. To assist its members in the promotion of international trade through the State of Florida;
2. To promote and encourage unity of purpose, ideals and ethics among its members;
3. To act as a forum for the interchange of ideas regarding methods, developments and standards, as well as any and all matters which may be of interest to its membership;
4. To publish and disseminate booklets, pamphlets and other material which may result from research conducted by its members;
5. To encourage good fellowship amongst the membership.
