Export Market is an efficient 4 step method that identifies
the best export markets, prepares your products for competitive sales, contacts
the best customers and actively participates in the implementation of a secure
export sales program in order to achieve a profitable result.
Step 1: Export Market
Selection
"Target Markets"
The process starts by collecting information on stats and trade facts of the Global and
regional markets of the world, where your company can perform successfully.
Step 2: Competitor Analysis
Next step is to perform a
physical and commercial comparison of the product line (s) that wants to be exported with
that of competitors that are already present in the target markets selected in step 1.
This includes gather information on regulations, prices, etc.
Step 3: Export Commercial Plan
From the collected data in steps 1 and 2, the next step is to build
an export sales plan that will make your offer competitive, custom made to your
objectives, financial, production and time capabilities and expectations.
Step 4: Implementation
This last step implements
the commercial plan, by presenting product, contacting potential customers in the target
markets, to set up of logistic, sales terms / conditions and negotiations along with your
commercial staff.
